Q: I notice it’s a separate website for the online vouchers is this right?
A: Yes, we have partnered with ‘gift up’ a specialist in online gift vouchers for small businesses. When you click on the link to buy a voucher it takes you to their secure website.
Q: For the Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Rocks Massage you usually offer a £10 discount off your price list for 1st appointments, is this available for online vouchers?
A: Yes, if you enter the promotional code ‘1STAPP’ before paying it will deduct the £10. Please only use this code for clients who have not visited us before. The discount doesn't apply to existing clients (they will be asked to pay the additional £10) and is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
Q: The online vouchers appear to be slightly more expensive at the gift-up checkout than the price list on your website indicates for the therapies, why is this?
A: ‘Gift up’ who provide the voucher system make a charge every time a voucher is sold. The extra amount is to cover their fee. If you pay on the phone, or can pop into The Centre we sell gift vouchers for the usual prices.
