What is Bellabaci 'cupping' massage?

Cupping therapy has been practised all over the world for thousands of years. Originating in ancient Egypt and then spreading through Greece, the Roman empire, it was believed to cure almost every disorder. It forms part of the traditional Chinese school of medicine, working on acupressure points to relieve the stagnation of Qi and blood. The cups were originally made from animal horn and then later glass and worked by the application of heat which creates a vacuum. The cups were then applied to the body, drawing the tissue into the cup.
