Why the correct footwear can help you stay pain free
In the first of our follow-ups on the 6 top tips to staying happy and healthy, our Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist (James Barnett) explains why footwear is important and shouldn't be overlooked.
It may seem fairly obvious to say, but pretty much all of our day-to-day contact with the ground is through our feet. However, in my experience we often take our feet for granted. We don't really understand (until something goes wrong) that having the correct footwear, to make sure your feet are moving as they should, is really important.
